The Internet is a wonderful cost effective and time saver tool as long as it is not abused. We are blessed to have customers from far away places such as Japan and Iceland. Your Personal information is never shared outside the company. You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your Personal information without knowing your user name and password, so do not share these with others.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
When you join us, you provide us with your contact information, including your name, address, phone numbers, and email address. If you request a custom packet you will also provide us with your hospital name and unit type. We use this information to send you updates about your order, inquiries to measure your satisfaction with our products or service and announcements about new and exciting products or sales. When you order from us, we ask for your check or credit card number and billing address. We use this information only to bill you for the product(s) you order at that time. We do not keep your credit card information readily available. When you place a new order we will request your payment information again.
We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, including broadcast emails, mailing and delivering purchases, sending postal mail and processing event registration.
