with your order, please contact us at

or call us toll free at 800-556-4230 and
we will discuss your options for returning/exchanging your
product. Please note that shipping and handling fees
are non-refundable.
Security
At Intensive Wear, your payment information is encrypted
and then saved to our 100% secure database. No credit
card or personal information is ever sent via email or
by other non-secure means. Your information is kept
private and confidential. We do not share your private
information with anyone.
Item Availability
At times, our stock on a particular item
or size may be on backorder. You may see the size listed as
available in the description, but it is not in the menu options
to select. On items that are not listed as clearance, the stock
will be replenished. Please check back or email us that you are
interested in that particular item and we will expedite the
replacement process.
Payment Options
All orders must be paid for in full
prior
to shipment. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express,
Discover, Paypal and Money Orders. All payments must be
made using US currency.

US Shipping
Individual orders are sent via “US
Priority Mail” and will usually arrive within 2-3
business days. Group or custom orders are sent UPS Ground and
will usually arrive within 2-7 business days. See chart below

International Services
We can ship most items worldwide. Shipping
and handling charges will vary depending on the location.
Duties and taxes are the customers responsibility. Call for
estimates.
We are very proud of our quality control
standards and practice. We check each item carefully for flaws
and inconsistencies prior to imprinting and packaging. Group or
custom orders are triple checked for item type and count
accuracy.
You may return or exchange any
stock item
for any reason within 30 days. For exchanges, you pay the
return shipping to us and we’ll pay the return shipping
back to you. For returns, you are responsible for the return
shipping. You will be credited or refunded the actual price of
the item. Sorry, we cannot refund the shipping and handling.
For a flawed item we will reimburse you or credit your account
for the return shipping.
Occasionally, a flawed item may slip
through our stringent quality control procedures. In that case,
for a stock item, we will replace it. For a custom item we will
issue a credit or a refund including the cost of return
shipping it back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot replace a
custom item due to the time that is required for the imprinting
process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We
do our best to prevent any mishaps.
Intensive Wear gift certificates are
available to order on-line or by phone. The certificate usually
arrives within 3-5 business days.
We are happy to ship our catalog to you.
If you are receiving duplicate catalogs, or if we are using an
incorrect name or address, please bring it to our attention. We
have heard stories of customers’ catalogs disappearing
when they take them to work. We would be happy to send you a
“bulk” catalog order to share with your coworkers.
Intensive Wear will add your hospital name
or logo
FREE to any custom design with an order of 12 or more
items. We have several designs for you to choose from or we can
develop something new. To get started, request our custom
packet of information. Please include your name, address, phone
numbers, email (if available), unit type and hospital name.
“Made in the USA” is our way
to help support those in need. We donate $5 from each shirt
sold to disaster relief non-profit organizations.
Please be aware that the colors viewed on
your computer may not be an exact replica of the actual color.
All computers are different and colors may vary. Also, be aware
that the images printed from our web site may not be
“print quality” resolution. This means that the
image may look “fuzzy” or “bitmapped.”
The actual image is clear and crisp.
All designs and custom works are the
property of Intensive Wear and protected under copyright law.
For consideration of a limited use license you would need to
submit in writing the use, purpose, and length of time
requested.
